Good vibes and tasty bites
We stayed for 2 nights and had a blast! The location was spot on, quick walks to both the town and the lake. The food was delish, with a custom vegan menu for my girlf, the cheesecake was a highlight. Just wish our room was a bit nicer. it felt dated and had that weird vacuum smell. Still, great time!

Hot tub heaven!
We had a blast in our suite with the hot tub! The decor was on point and super comfy—two showers? ! Yes, please! Breakfast was so good too. Just wish the lounge music wasn’t so cringe. Plus, a couple staff members could’ve smiled more and maybe helped out a bit. But overall, loved our mini getaway!

Perfect for couples seeking relaxation
We stayed in a suite with a hot tub and it was sensational the hot tub was ready to go when we checked in which felt great after the drive. Each morning, the breakfast was impressive I still crave that homemade granola and the selection was vast.
It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny.

Charming historic property with lovely William Morris wallpaper and a spacious superior room featuring a south-facing balcony. The food stands out with high-quality dishes that are beautifully presented, making dining a real treat.
The room had some noise issues, particularly from neighboring guests and loud housekeeping in the corridors. While the boot room is functional, it lacks proper equipment for cleaning boots, consisting mainly of a shower rather than brushes or tools—just a small inconvenience but worth noting for avid hikers.
